It was given to me because of a famous soccer player, one of my father's favorites. And my father? He was also a professional soccer player. My grandad, my uncles, they all played something. So yeah, sports were a big thing in my house growing up. But me? I always chose arts and crafts over anything.

I was born in a city in the middle of the Amazon called Belém, but I moved to São Paulo to pursue my dreams. Since I was little, my mind has always wandered.
Dreaming of seeing the world.
Learning new languages. Going to the coolest music festivals.
Finding queer friends like me 🏳️‍🌈. And partying a lot with them.

I’ve always wanted to work with something creative. To learn about design, photography and creativity everyday. And I realized that working in advertising
was the way to do it.  So I put myself out there and I’ve made it. I'm currently a creative art director at Ogilvy Brasil. And I'm designing projects in my own experimental studio, the Barbante, with some of my closest friends.

I'm also fighting to give people of color and the queer community a voice inside the creative industry in Brazil, being part of the Ogilvy's group of diversity and inclusion.
